If you are looking for some peace and quiet, where sun shines 2.500 hours every year (more than 280 days), where the beach is only a 3 minute walk, then you should look no further. Our family run house will provide you with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Zaboric is a perfect place for those in search of serenity. Located in a bay, overlooking uninhabited islands it allows you to choose from a selection of beaches that are less than 50 meters, and not further than 300 meters away. Zaboric is only 12 km away from the historic town of Sibenik, the most fortified city in Croatia with it’s UNESCO protected Cathedral of St. James built completely in stone between 1431 and 1536. Zaboric is also 15 km away from the beautiful waterfalls of Krka National Park, and very close to Kornati archipelago National Park with it’s 150 islands. Find out more about Sibenik region here.

We chose this property because of its near perfect placement. Middle Adriatic is known for its beautiful coastal line with numerous islands, inlets and reefs. And there are only handful of places that are so close to the sea, yet far enough from the main road and traffic. We have a beach 30 meters to the south, and 50 meters to the west. A restaurant just 50 meters from the house, three Cafes, sandy beach... Our guests love our location. Come and find out why.
